We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape our organization and culture while driving the development of impactful digital products. What will you do?

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you have to have a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance our digital products, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity as well as:

• Design strategy and concept development

  • Focus on defining and presenting a smaller number of distinct, well-articulated design concepts rather than exploring many variations that differ only superficially.

  • Establish a clear design vision early and ensure subsequent iterations consistently support that vision.

  • Improve organization of explorations so stakeholders can more easily understand the rationale behind each direction.

• Managing complexity and prioritization

  • Break complex problems into smaller, more manageable pieces rather than attempting to solve multiple challenges simultaneously.

  • Prioritize the most important user and business problems first before expanding into additional considerations.

• Component and template thinking

  • Adopt reusable components and templates earlier in the design process.

  • Leverage component-driven workflows to improve consistency, reduce repetitive work, and streamline future iterations.

  • Think more proactively about scalability, properties, variants, and systemization as designs mature.

• Independent problem solving

  • Make greater use of existing resources such as design reviews, recordings, comments, simulators, templates, and component libraries before seeking additional guidance.

  • Continue building confidence in locating and synthesizing information independently.

  • Reduce reliance on repeated clarification by leveraging available documentation and reference materials.

• Attention to design process

  • Strengthen design organization and documentation within design files.

  • Ensure explorations, decisions, and final recommendations are easy for others to follow and understand.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• User Experience Design: Knowledge of user experience design tools, techniques and approaches; ability to design

  applications that are valued, positively perceived and used by clients.

• User Interface Design: Knowledge of activities, practices, deliverables and considerations; ability to design effective

  graphic user interfaces for delivery of information to the client's desktop workstation.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and

  thought process.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design mockups.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and screen sizes.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.

• Proven experience with complete SDLC of web and mobile app design.

• Experience working on complex projects in an international environment.
