Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Take advantage of the opportunity to become a HR Business Partner at company fostering supportive, and engaging workplace. We are looking for a passionate HR professionasl to join the team of our client.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and committed to build strong company culture.
Tasks on the position:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with business leaders, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and translating those into meaningful HR priorities.
-Ensure the effective delivery of key HR processes—including succession and workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training needs analysis, performance management, development planning, and compensation & benefits
-Act as a trusted partner to managers by providing day-to-day guidance on performance management topics such as coaching, career growth, and handling complex employee situations.
-Take an active role in shaping HR initiatives, contributing to projects like employer branding, digital transformation, and business expansion activities.
-Support and coach managers on HR-related topics, helping them build confidence and capability in leading their teams.
-Collaborate closely with the HR Controller to ensure accurate and timely reporting that supports informed decision-making across business units.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international production company
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage cross-functional relationships
- Proficiency in HR software
