Senior Salesforce Developer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a long-term project for one of our clients operating in the heavy-machinery industry.

The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and collaboration across international teams. You will work closely with engineering leaders and stakeholders in both Europe and the US, contributing to large-scale Salesforce initiatives in an agile environment.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer with us you will:

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Agentforce.

• Build scalable and maintainable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio and Flows.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless communication between Salesforce and external systems.

• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

• Ensure code quality, security, and deployment readiness of delivered solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile Scrum environment.

• Perform code reviews, support best practices and mentor other developers.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support secure development practices and compliance with enterprise security standards.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

You should have:

• Strong experience with Salesforce development in enterprise environments.

• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Salesforce Flows.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Knowledge of Agentforce, REST APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.

• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD practices, and secure coding principles.

• Familiarity with security tools such as AppOmni, Checkmarx, or SonarQ.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) are considered a strong advantage.
