As a Luxury Lifestyle Manager supporting an elite portfolio of HNW and UHNW clientele, you will serve as the dedicated architect of their world—anticipating needs, curating unforgettable experiences, and delivering seamless, bespoke lifestyle solutions at the highest possible standard.

You will join Insignia’s world-renowned Luxury Experts team, a curated group of global specialists with deep networks across the worlds of travel, dining, entertainment, and rare experiences. You’ll enjoy round-the-clock access to Insignia’s full suite of services, enabling you to craft extraordinary moments for clients who expect nothing less than perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for HNWI members, managing high-touch communications with warmth, professionalism, and unshakeable attention to detail.
• Receive, interpret, and prioritise client requests—ranging from daily lifestyle support to complex, time-sensitive arrangements.
• Collaborate closely with Back Office Luxury Experts to coordinate and fulfil all client requests flawlessly.
• Conduct market research across travel, gastronomy, luxury retail, culture, entertainment, and emerging global lifestyle trends.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client data, request histories, and daily reporting within internal systems.

• Experience in luxury concierge, premium travel, lifestyle management, luxury retail, hospitality, or VIP client services in an advantage
