As a Command Center Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth functioning of our services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring of IT services
- 1st level support and troubleshooting assistance
- Tracking and escalating incidents when needed
- Communicating with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Communication with vendors and schema (VISA, MasterCard)
- Preparing reports and supporting daily operational tasks
- Working in 12‑hour shifts within a 24/7 team rotation
