Civil Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Plans, coordinates, and controls work activities on the construction site.
• Monitors the quality of completed works and services, ensures compliance with contractual requirements and deadlines, and submits regular progress reports to the superior.
• Supervises the performance of construction participants, including subcontractors; controls the use and installation of construction materials and products; and monitors adherence to the agreed project schedule.
• Organizes and oversees compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations for all personnel, materials, and equipment on the site.
• Ensures the proper use, condition, and compliance of work equipment.
• Participates in commercial negotiations related to the project scope.
• Assists with legal and general administrative matters related to the project.
• Prepares, reviews, and controls technical and tender documentation.
