Strategic Buyer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Support in risk assessment and mitigation
• Strategic planning and development of quality, availability, and savings potential
• Selection, qualification, evaluation, and development of suppliers
• Inquiry, ordering, and procurement processes, including escalation levels for problem resolution
• Procurement of non-stock materials and invoice verification, if required
• Regular analyses and reporting on the respective purchasing area
• Strategic development and reduction of purchasing costs
• Collaboration with other departments
• Negotiation of framework purchasing agreements and quality assurance agreements in coordination with the Quality Management Representative (QMR)
• Daily order processing in the internal ERP system
• Development and continuous improvement of the purchasing controlling and reporting system

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in project procurement, sourcing, or supply chain

• Strong exposure to cost analysis and supplier negotiations
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work efficiently, under tight deadlines/stress and multiple priorities

• High level of responsibility, reliability and accountability

• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and contract management skills, ability to communicate on all levels of production process

• Flexibility, willingness to travel

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards as well as market tools

• Computer skills/PC literacy

• Language knowledge (English C1/German B2 - advantage)
