Trade marketing specialist junior

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our marketing team as a Trade Marketing Specialist Junior, who will be involved in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing activities aimed at driving sales and strengthening the brand on the local market.

As part of this role, you will mainly be involved in:

• Adapting and implementing the promotional calendar for the local market
• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns (leaflets, POS materials, in-store displays)
• Regularly evaluating campaign performance and optimizing activities
• Planning and managing leaflet distribution
• Implementing local marketing initiatives to support sales in the regions
• Supporting new store openings, including related marketing activities
• Coordinating the marketing budget in cooperation with your manager
• Communicating and reporting to the headquarters

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and creativity
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English for communication with your immediate supervisor
• Independence, responsibility, and reliability
• Professional attitude and communication skills
