In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our UK and Western European finance operations by handling a variety of financial and administrative tasks -especially accounts payable, receivable, and intercompany reconciliations. If you hold a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and have a genuine interest in financial processes, this is your chance to grow with a global logistics company that values development and cross-border collaboration.

Join cargo-partner as an Accounting Clerk and play a key role in supporting our finance operations across Western Europe.

Your tasks: 

• Receive and accurately post both operational and non-operational invoices.
• Manage bank statements and quickly fix any system hiccups.
• Support key finance processes like accounts payable, receivable, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Handle payment reminders and vendor account statements smoothly and efficiently.
• Work your magic with SAP, MS Excel, and AS400 systems every day.
• Keep vendor data sharp and up-to-date (think addresses, bank details, emails).
• Communicate directly with vendors to clear up disputes and keep things running smoothly.
• Start strong with core tasks like invoice posting and reconciliations - then grow into bigger responsibilities, including ESG reporting and more.
