Production Planner (m/f/d)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As our Production Planner, you will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time—helping deliver the right products to customers when they need them most. Your work will directly influence delivery reliability and overall operational performance in our manufacturing environment in Považská Bystrica.

You will act as the connection point between production, supply chain, and customer-facing teams. By turning demand into clear, actionable plans, you will bring structure and predictability to complex workflows and help teams stay aligned.

This position is available as a temporary cover for a project assignment and is offered for approximately 18 months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Release production orders for assembly to meet promised delivery dates
• Track order progress and proactively communicate delays to Order Management
• Partner with Customer Service to reconfirm and align customer orders
• Collaborate with buyers to ensure timely material availability
• Maintain accurate master data and support creation of new materials in ERP systems

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in production planning or supply chain operations
• Working confidently with ERP systems (such as SAP) would be advantageous
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for planning and analysis
• Fluent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Interest in understanding technical production processes and end-to-end supply chain flows
