System Engineering Technical Expert for R&D (automotive)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Main responsibilities for the position:

• Being core department team member accumulating significant technical overview covering IEE electronic (capacitive based with outlook to radar based) passenger sensor products
• Perform analyses and studies to solve internal issues or create new knowledge
• Provide consultancy and mentoring to project teams running customer application projects to promote best practices and optimum solutions
• Perform specialty engineering tasks to support project teams in areas of FMEA, Functional safety engineering, Cybersecurity
• Check and release the technical work products created by project teams
• Assess and manage technical risk
• Provide support to department team leader and back up during absence

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Several years of related experience in a development function (3y +).
• Knowledge of and experience with capacitive measurement systems
• Automotive Development Process Knowledge
• Understanding of HW, SW – hands on experience preferred​
• Basic understanding of programming/algorithmizing – e.g. C, MATLAB, VBA, Python...​
• Communicative English is a must (spoken and written)
• Communicative German is a great asset
• Leadership skills and experience
• Problem-solving skills, communication, organizational, negotiation skills
