Be part of an international law firm where you’ll play a key role in keeping the recruitment cycle running smoothly.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for our Business Services operations. Based in our Bratislava Business Services Center, this role is pivotal in ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent across a wide range of business services functions, including Finance, IT, HR, Marketing and Business Development, and Legal Support, in Bratislava and across our other offices.

Here are additional details about the job:

* Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for a portfolio of Business Services roles from initial briefing through interview to offer stage.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a mix of direct sourcing, job boards and social media.
* Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate records in Workday, ensuring compliance with internal policies and data protection laws and regulations.
* Provide market intelligence and bench-marking to inform hiring decisions and strategy.
* Support recruitment activity in other offices across the firm when required, working closely with global recruitment colleagues.
* Promote the firm’s employer brand in the local market through events, partnerships, and social media.
* Produce regular recruitment metrics and reports for stakeholders.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
* Minimum three years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
* Strong understanding of the local talent market in Slovakia and Europe.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.); Workday experience would be a plus.
* Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
* Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across geographies.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment with changing priorities.
