Disposition assistant

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

- You are responsible for production planning and disposition of the production orders with SAP S/4 HANA

- You will take care for organization of the planned materials for the production

- You support the production with all the necessary documents (Drawings, working instructions, etc.)

- You communicate with the customer about the delivery dates and future forecast for the products

- You are responsible for the data creation in SAP S/4 HANA for new products, but also maintain and actualize the existing data in SAP S/4 HANA (regarding production and logistics processes)

- You will support and prepare the reports / communication for the weekly communication between the mother company (production, logistics, warehouse) , but also the communication to the other plants

- Furthermore you will organize the inventory counts at the end of the year, and report the results to the mother company

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- A degree / experience in the field of economics / production or supply chain management

- You are confident in using the common MS Office applications

- You are a team player and an independent, committed way of working is a matter of course for you
- You have a strong understanding of processes, good analytical thinking and act in a solution-oriented and goal-oriented determined manner

- Your good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
