What will you work on?

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Bratislava. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be at the heart of our people operations, handling everything from daily support to strategic projects. If you're a hands-on professional who loves a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about creating a great place to work, this role is for you.

How will you create impact? 

• Champion the Employee Experience: You'll guide our team members through their entire journey with us—from their first day to their last—making sure every step is a positive one for your assigned teams and locations
• Keep Our HR Engine Running: You’ll manage our HR data in Workday and process HR-related expenses in SAP. More importantly, you'll be the go-to person for our employees' questions, offering trusted advice and support.
• Uphold Our Standards: You’ll ensure we're always aligned with local labor laws and internal policies, creating a fair and consistent environment for everyone.
• Boost Employee Engagement and Growth: You'll bring our culture to life by creating engaging events, running recognition programs, and promoting well-being. You’ll help our employees grow by supporting their training and development.
• Collaborate and Lead: You'll work side-by-side with our payroll and recruitment teams and take part in HR projects that can span across locations.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role. Experience supporting other countries is an asset.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred). High proficiency in MS Office. Proficiency in SAP is an asset
• How You Work: A natural self-starter who takes initiative and is not afraid to tackle challenges. People know you as a resourceful problem-solver.
• Interpersonal Skills: A proactive and dynamic professional with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trust and engagement with employees at all levels.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential.
