• Lead the Crew: Manage, shadow, and train a dedicated team of Account Managers to ensure market growth.

• Expand the Horizon: Search for and acquire new boat owners and charter companies to join our platform.

• Master the Market: Take strategic actions to boost regional performance and secure the best pricing and real-time availability for our customers.

• Build Partnerships: Foster productive, long-term relationships with top partners to maintain our competitive edge.

• Travel: Hit the road (and the docks) for business trips to meet our partners face-to-face.
