Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
*Manage the Order entry process by ensuring timely and accurate order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
*Identify and manually resolve inconsistencies in Standard sales, Free of Charge & Return orders.
*Coordinate the resolution of exceptions with relevant parties.
*Generate detailed reports to monitor the status of orders and fulfillment progress.
*Conduct investigations into pricing discrepancies and variances, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
*Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entry with strong attention to detail.
*Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational quality and reducing processing times, including testing new system enhancements.
