O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, motivate, and develop the EMEA ISG Business Ops team, while synchronizing with market-level ISG Ops teams. Set clear objectives, expectations, and success metrics aligned to ISG EMEA priorities.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
EMEA ISG Operational Management
• Own the day-to-day operational execution of the ISG EMEA business.
• Partner with EMEA Operations to identify opportunities for automation and simplification, reduce manual reporting and operational friction and optimize business processes, delegation levels and workflows
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives across reporting, forecasting, and performance management.
Sales Targets & Business Planning Support
• Collaborate with ISG SteerCo, Category Teams, and Finance on the creation, validation, and cascading of market sales targets / Vector targets.
• Ensure targets are operationally executable, clearly translated to markets, segments, and roles and reflected consistently across planning and reporting systems
STAMP & Quota Process Ownership (Operational Execution)
• Act as primary ISG operational owner of the STAMP process in EMEA along with Chief of Staff (CoS) to drive bottom-up data collection from markets, ensure quality, consistency, and timely submission, convert STAMP outputs into actionable market and segment views
• Support quota deployment readiness, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
EMEA Harmonization & Transformation
• Act as ISG Transformation Lead for key projects impacting sales execution, including new operating models, process changes, tool and system deployments
• Ensure transformations deliver measurable business outcomes, not just process change.
Other Responsibilities
• BMS & Business Rhythm Ownership
• Tools, Systems & Data Ownership
• Govern blueprint adherence across markets in terms of role definitions, coverage ratios & headcount distribution
• Ensure alignment with PDTs, quotas, and operating models
• Act as ISG operational partner to Global Supply Chain and demand planning team

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
In this role you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and business rhythm across the ISG EMEA organization (Infrastructure Solutions Group).
This role acts as the primary operational partner and trusted advisor to the ISG EMEA Leader, ensuring that strategy is translated into clear plans, targets, governance, and execution across markets, while maintaining alignment with WW Operations, Finance, DT, and Supply Chain.
The role does not replace the Chief of Staff or CFO functions. Instead, it owns the operational mechanics of the business: planning, forecasting hygiene, performance management, governance, tools, and cross-functional interlocks.
Position Requirements
• Proven leadership of end user and/or channel sales organizations, managing senior sales leaders across multiple teams and geographies.
• Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Strength in strategic planning - communicating a compelling long term vision while executing short term priorities.
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence alignment and support across Lenovo stakeholders, channel partners, and suppliers to deliver profitable growth.
• Solid project management capabilities to drive continuous improvement of the operating model.
• Strong understanding of analytics capabilities and data driven sales execution.
• Comfortable and experienced working in a global, demanding, and highly matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated passion for people development and capability building.
