SW Development Team Leader Java or C#

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Are you a skilled Java or C# developer with leadership experience and a solid command of German language? We’re expanding our development leadership team and looking for a new Team Leader to help us take our work to the next level.

You’ll co-lead as we split our current 15-person development team into two smaller units. Your role will be a balanced mix – 50% hands-on development, 50% team leadership, giving you the best of both worlds: technical depth and people management.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Java or C#
• Proven experience in leading software development teams
• German language proficiency (you’ll regularly join meetings with German colleagues)
• Based in or near Bratislava (we meet at the office once a week)
