Job Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:
• Business Development – Builds and further develops trusting relationships with predominantly Microsoft partners (Business Applications and Power Platform), to grow business and develop deep understanding of partner priorities, strategies, and goals and how they align with Resco‘s. Understands market, industry and partner trends and develops connections with key market players to close and execute on business opportunities (customers)
• Competency Building - Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., support, development, marketing) to support partners in building their competency at Resco mobile solutions.
• Business Management - Proposes joint business plans to generate revenue with selected partners. Develops short- and long-term goals and performance expectations based on partner capabilities. Drives sales momentum to meet a sales quota for given markets – building pipeline, maitaining pipeline hygiene & deal economics for the selected partners. Supports the adoption of plans by continuos evaluation the progress.
• Market / Partner Readiness - Helping partners to develop Go-To-Market and co-selling strategies for our mobility solutions, that define activities and expectations to meet Resco and partner sales goals.
• Acting as a Resco ambassador (hunter of both potential partner and potential customer interest) in given markets, either online (social media, webinars) or in person (events, conferences, etc.)
