We’re Hiring: Customer Service Specialist with fluent English (and fluent German Preferred)
At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Bratislava.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling administrative and technical inquiries while supporting customer service in complex cases. This includes credit note processing (both in- and out-of-warranty), managing escalations, and ensuring smooth communication with customers across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
Your Mission
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding service and support.
Handle administrative and technical inquiries, including complex cases related to warranty and credit processes.
Manage escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Analyze and track orders, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
Handle returns, clarification cases, and credit processing, including necessary corrections and system data maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
High fluency in English.
German language skills are an advantage.
A customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering excellent service.
Ability to handle complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and attention to detail.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

What We Offer
Start Date: September 2026.
Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months with possibility to move into a permanent contract).
Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: €19,000 gross per year
Working Model: Hybrid
Office Location: Bratislava
