Are you passionate about leveraging AI to transform business processes? Lenovo is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our innovative team and drive advancements in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain for our B2B clients.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement AI solutions for B2B clients in the PLM domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI features.
- Develop AI algorithms and models to enhance PLM processes like BOM management and product change management.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing PLM systems to improve efficiency and optimize product quality.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering continuous learning and innovation.

What We are looking for:
- Degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
- Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) domain is a strong advantage.
- Some experience in developing AI solutions for enterprise clients is an advantage.

What You Bring:
- Technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
Programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience/ interest in AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Familiar with Transformer architecture, and pre-trained models based on the Transformer architecture such as GTP, BERT, etc., and be able to conduct fine-tuning, inference, and other operations.
- Ability to work with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset with good communication skills, able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
