Scrum Master/Team Leader - SW engineering (Mid/Senior level)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
You will:

- Facilitate the Scrum framework, including sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
- Participate in a Scrum Team and contribute to future product releases
- Maintenance of metrics that could help the Scrum Team see how they are doing
- Supporting the Scrum Team to be accountable for their commitments, protect the Scrum Team from external interference
- As a Team Leader you will be responsible for technical and administrative leading of a team consisting of 6 – 10 SW Engineers, Test Engineers
- Lead employees to high performance and develop the the skills of our employees
- Influence and shape the agile culture of Metrohm and make it visible to the community in Bratislava
- Invest into constructive collaboration with team leaders and other senior roles at the Metrohm HQ in Herisau
- Ensure the transparency and visibility of team´s progress, obstacles and successes to all stakeholders, PO, including the team itself

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- High school / University education, English – advanced, German – an advantage
