Responsibilities:

-Collect, validate authorization, and post journal entries into designated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system(s) as requested.

-Interact professionally with other areas of Global Business Services.

-Serve as a control point to ensure that all journal entries received are posted daily.

-Adhere to monthly cutoffs and month-end processing as defined by other teams within Global Business Services and division finance personnel.

-Support account reconciliation process.

-Ensure that all supporting documentation is properly filed and stored in accordance with policy.

-Maintain assigned checklists and documentation for assigned activities.

-Respond to divisional, corporate, and other Global Business Services area inquiries.

-Submit ideas and feedback to the team for process improvement.

-Cross-train with others as assigned.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 2 years of experience in accounting analyst, specialist role, or, experience with accounting in an SSC is an advantage
• Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Motivated self-starter with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
