Data center commissioning Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in the execution of technologically demanding data center construction projects. If you have experience in quality management and the coordination of technical teams and complex technological systems, we would be pleased to welcome you to our team.

What will you do

• Quality process establishment and coordination.
• Quality control of installation works and execution of electrical, HVAC, auxiliary systems.
• Subcontractors and external system integrator coordination and management.
• Support for subcontractors during installation and deployment.
• Cooperation with Project manager and Engineering manager.
• Time planning and production coordination.
• Commissioning program development.
• Project planning and scheduling. Prepares pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and test run execution plans.
• Supervise preparation of the commissioning, start-up procedures, defines the specific temporary logistic required to comply with the project scope of work, elaborates tools and methods of control.
• Management of commissioning responsibilities on site and development of the Project commissioning schedule.
• Reporting progression on all commissioning activities.
• Maintain excellent communication and weekly meetings with the Main Contractor and the client.

What you should know

• Experience in electrical system design and the preparation of technical documentation.
• Practical experience with critical electrical equipment:
• UPS systems,
• battery systems,
• ATS switches,
• switchboards and distribution systems.
• Knowledge of data center environments and operations.
• Active command of English sufficient for daily communication in an international environment.
• Ability to work independently, initiative, and a high level of responsibility.
• Proactive approach and results-oriented mindset.

Your advantage is, if you have

• Certificate Uptime Accredited Tier Designer (ATD).
• Experience with s BIM modeling in Autodesk Revit.
