O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Receive and process incidents and service requests related to SAP systems via ticketing tools

Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot user issues in cooperation with internal IT and external technical teams

Coordinate resolution and track progress, ensuring all tickets are handled within agreed SLAs

Provide guidance and support to end users based in Europe, ensuring high customer satisfaction

Collaborate with offshore/global support teams on cross-region incident handling and escalation

Prepare reports on support performance, identify recurring issues, and suggest process or system improvements

Participate in ITIL review and service management meetings, contributing to continuous service excellence

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or application support, ideally within a Shared Service Center or global IT environment

Basic knowledge or hands-on exposure to SAP systems (SAP ByDesign, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar)

Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL framework)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently while collaborating in a global, multicultural setup
