O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Manage positive relationships with all internal and external customers/vendors and landlords and independently resolve escalated issues and security incidents (responsible for the communication efforts to customers such as changes, new services, incidents, etc.).
- Monitor performance of external suppliers.
- Performing floor walks, monitor external and internal building structures, furniture, fittings and systems on a regular basis attending to repairs in the appropriate manner.
- Responsible for parking management and workplace asset management, physical checks, inventory, storage management.
- Performing maintenance tasks, solving basic maintenance issues, undertakes those repairs which can be handled internally e.g. resetting automatic doors, small installations, etc.
- Manage all meeting room set-ups and basic furniture moving.
- Responsible for solving facility and security related issues logged via Workplace helpdesk.
- Manage and update access data in the system, assign and modify access rights, create access cards in compliance with Security Policy, and address access/security-related issues and queries.
- Prepare and archive access card reports, access lists (including weekend and nonstop lists), takeover protocols, and visitor logs for audits and documentation purposes.
- Security cameras management - performing regular checks and supervising installation/maintenance works in coordination with external provider.
- End-to-end responsibility for the correct and timely processing of security reviews (monthly/quarterly).
- Participating on Security Policy update and ensuring the provisions of the Policy are being followed. Actively participating on the audit process related to physical security.
- Solving technical issues of the access control/monitoring system in coordination with global teams and external provider.
- Active user of company tools connected with the role (EAM, Ariba, SNOW, ACS, CCTV etc.).
- Helps develop and implement processes, procedures and/or initiatives within area of responsibility.
- Preparing purchase orders in purchasing application (Ariba), controlling invoices, may request internal recharges, solving problems in cooperation with finance department.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Secondary Grammar School or University Degree.
- Minimum 1-year previous relevant experience.
- Fluent Slovak (C2) and English (B2+) language skills.
- Good attitude regarding computer use.
- Very good attention to detail.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical skills/understanding of basic technical requirements.
