Product and Technology Lead

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As a Product and Technology Lead, you will be the scientific and technical expert for designated product categories, acting as the key link between R&D and manufacturing and serving as the site technical representative for global innovation projects. Leading a team of Product and Process Engineers and Packaging Engineers, you will drive the successful transfer of innovation projects to the site, support product scale-up activities, and ensure technical excellence and provide expert technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the interface between R&D and manufacturing, serving as the site representative for strategically important global innovation projects. You will collaborate with international technical teams, influence the successful launch of new products, and play a key role in transforming scientific innovation into commercial reality while supporting business growth and delivering meaningful impact for consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of Product and Process Engineers and Packaging Engineers supporting Product Lifecycle Management activities on site.
• Serve as the site technical expert and primary point of contact for specific product categories, providing scientific and technical guidance across the product lifecycle.
• Partner closely with R&D, NPI, Global and Regional teams to successfully transfer innovation projects from development into commercial manufacturing.
• Support manufacturing operations by providing expert technical guidance and decision-making on product-related challenges, process deviations and technical investigations to ensure product quality, manufacturing continuity and successful product performance.
• Drive product scale-up activities, ensuring new products and technologies are robustly implemented at site level.
• Oversee process validation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate standards and industry best practices.
• Lead investigation, deviation and CAPA activities, coaching the team to continuously improve problem-solving effectiveness and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement best practices and support audits and regulatory inspections.
Use performance management processes, coaching and development planning to build technical capability and strengthen team performance.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
We are looking for professionals with the following experience and capabilities:
Preferred Experience
• Strong background in product development, process development, manufacturing technology, scale-up or technology transfer.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership or people management experience is preferred.
• Experience working in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, chemicals or a similar highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
• Strong scientific or engineering background.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, product development and process optimization.
• Ability to evaluate technical risks and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading technical investigations and solving complex manufacturing challenges.
• Hands-on experience in product development, process development, manufacturing technology transfer or scale-up activities is essential.
