Are you motivated to build and deliver innovative solutions for our fast-growing client, a new insurance company based in UK?

This first-line role will support the Head of Asset-Liability Modelling in producing regular reporting and insights on market risks and asset-liability mismatch risks. The incumbent will work closely with other functions such as Investments and Actuarial and will also have the opportunity to work with Convex's stochastic internal model.

The Change Team is responsible for supporting multiple projects and change initiatives. It oversees circa $45m budget and supports over 20 individual projects. The team consists of onsite resources sited in London and resources in Bratislava. Together, the team supports client in wide range of areas including resource management, financial management and invoicing, risk and issues management, reporting and others. We now want to strengthen our analytical and reporting capability so we can make better use of our data and drive insight-led decision making across the change portfolio.

We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team. This is a key role focused on turning data into meaningful insights, developing dashboards and reports, and exploring automation and AI to improve efficiency. The successful candidate will enjoy working with data, have strong skills in Power BI and Excel, and be able to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in London and Bratislava to ensure the change portfolio is supported by accurate, timely, and insightful management information (MI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve portfolio dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, Jira and Monday.com.
• Analyze project, resource, and financial data to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
• Support portfolio governance and decision-making by providing accurate and timely MI.
• Explore and apply AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Ensure consistent data structures, templates, and reporting processes across the portfolio.
• Work with stakeholders in London and Bratislava to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, insightful outputs.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as required by the Change leadership team.

Experience & Skills Required:

Essential:

• 3+ years’ experience in reporting, analytics or a similar role.
• Strong skills in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, visualization).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Proven ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Desirable:

• Experience with project/change management environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com.
• Knowledge or interest in AI/data automation tools.
• Understanding of project financials (budget oversight, invoicing).
