Student Support at Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Team

We are currently looking for a university student, who will join our growing finance team and will be responsible for supporting Cash Application team by:

- Posting incoming payments received from customers through various payment methods (bank transfers, checks, direct debits, credit cards) to the Accounts Receivable ledger and allocate them to the relevant customer accounts and invoices in accordance with customer remittance advice details
- Investigation of incoming payments
- Working with various ERP systems 
- Performing administrative tasks and duties needed at the department
- Other administrative support needed by the team

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• University student who is no older than 25 years in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies, preferably focused on Accounting or a student of Economics Studies
• Previous accounting background (high school) or similar experience in SSC is more than appreciated
• Communicative person
• English language - B2 as minimum
• Attention to detail
• MS Excel user
• We are looking for a student who will support us long term that is available to work at least 3 days per week
