In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated platform operations coordinator to join Risk Data Solutions on a temporary basis. The Platform Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of client services. The key objective is to ensure smooth delivery of client services, accurate and compliant client management administration. The Platform Operations Coordinator will be part of a small operations team and working closely with the Risk Data Solutions sales, product and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Perform regular data exports to identify new potential deals/clients
• Ensuring data in the operations systems and tools are correct and onboarding compliance checks (AML/ITC) are completed.
• Review contracts and order forms to ensure information is correctly reflected in our administration and CRM systems.
• Requesting missing information from clients
• Arranging for contracts to be uploaded into our finance tools and arranging business approvals
• Chasing payment of invoices with our clients
• Assisting our clients with their onboarding processes and supplying any required details/documentation
• Working closely with the Sales and Customer Success Teams regarding tenant creation, invoicing and renewals and maintaining great relationships with our clients
• Liaising with Sales Team regarding all renewals (both fixed term extensions and auto renewals)
