Strategy & Performance Expert (Hybrid)

The Strategy & Performance Expert supports the development and execution of the organization’s strategic agenda by translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, performance frameworks, and actionable initiatives. The role drives alignment between corporate strategy, Hoshin Kanri, KPIs, OKRs, projects, and transformation initiatives, while fostering a culture of performance excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do
• Establish and govern strategic and performance management frameworks, including strategic Hoshin, KPIs, OKRs, and other performance metrics.
• Maintain and support the execution of short-, medium-, and long-term business strategy.
• Ensure alignment of projects, transformation initiatives, and change portfolios with strategic objectives.
• Analyze organizational performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate strategic planning, target-setting, and performance review cycles.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, coordinating stakeholders across departments to achieve business objectives.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• University degree at Master’s level or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, performance management, business transformation, or a comparable field.
• Expert knowledge of strategic planning and performance management.
• Expertise in KPI framework design and governance, as well as OKR implementation and coordination.
• Strong business analytics and data interpretation skills, including performance reporting and dashboarding.
• Experience in project and change management support and in driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as project tools.
• Business-fluent English (minimum C1)
