Purchasing support centre specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Your day-to-day business is to support colleagues of the Group Purchasing department in their administrative tasks in an effective manner.
To keep processes running, you will communicate daily with internationally based suppliers.
You will take care of the operative support to buyers and attend regular team meetings to ensure information flow.
One of your daily tasks will include maintaining and creating purchasing data using various tools and software (e.g., SAP, MDG-M, MDG-S).
You will follow-up processes and report on relevant KPIs using MS Office applications such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
