You'll be working with Framsikt, a Norwegian company offering an innovative tool used by more than 265 municipalities. Our tool is a cloud-based platform focused on supporting municipalities in Norway with budgeting, planning, analysis, and reporting. Framsikt aims to help local governments manage resources more efficiently, enabling better decision-making and improved public services. The solution integrates financial data and strategic planning to aid in transparent and sustainable governance. It supports over 23,000 unique users throughout the year. With a growing customer base, Framsikt's workforce is also growing. Our team has grown to over 120 employees.

you will be based in our Košice office, with the flexibility to work from home. Your core team and the product are located in Norway, while your reporting manager will be based in Slovakia, ensuring local support within an international environment.

As a Junior/Medior Software Developer, you will be part of the new development team. We are looking for a developer with experience with both .NET and Angular as we continue to build and expand the application hosted on the Azure cloud platform. More than 265 municipalities in Norway use our application with a market share of more than 70%. 

• Designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between our platform and third-party systems

• Implementing APIs and data exchange mechanisms to enhance system interoperability

• Optimizing and improving system performance and reliability

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure smooth data exchange

• Ensuring high-quality code, conducting code reviews, and following best development practices

• Identifying technical debt, refactoring code, and fixing bugs or performance issues

• Writing and executing unit tests to ensure code quality and robustness

We Are Looking for You Who

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack software development using C# and Angular

• .NET Framework: Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework

• Angular: Strong experience with Angular, including newer versions, for building client-side applications

• Proficiency in Azure services like App services, Storage account, Redis, Key vault, Service bus, and similar

• Database Management: Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server

• RESTful Services: Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs

• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems like Git

• Understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code

• AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification or higher​
