SAP Process Engineer (m/f)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Join a modern automotive manufacturing plant and contribute to the setup and optimization of production and logistics processes. We are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for managing production data in SAP, setting up routings, coordinating process changes, and supporting the optimization of production and logistics processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, setting up, and maintaining production routings in SAP
• Coordinating and implementing changes in SAP, including updates to Bills of Materials (BOMs), production times, and other production-related data
• Collecting and processing information from Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to ensure the accuracy of production processes in company systems
• Participating in projects focused on optimizing production and logistics processes and implementing approved solutions into series production
• Monitoring compliance with established processes, identifying deviations, and proposing improvements
• Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers on the implementation and improvement of production solutions
• Creating and processing purchase orders in COUPA
• Maintaining benchmarking activities and managing Lessons Learned processes
• Preparing training sessions and supporting employees during the implementation of new processes and changes
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives across production and logistics processes

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the automotive industry or another large-scale manufacturing company
• Hands-on experience with SAP and willingness to work extensively with data and processes within the system
• Communicative English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, manufacturing processes, or logistics
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with large amounts of data and information
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and organizational levels
• Independent, proactive, and systematic approach to work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the quality of deliverables

Nice to have:

• Experience with setting up routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production data in SAP
• Knowledge of manufacturing process optimization tools and methodologies
• Experience with project management or implementation of process changes
• Experience with manufacturing information systems (e.g., ITAC or similar solutions)
