Executive Assistant

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support local implementation of strategic decisions in coordination with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate local execution of key directives from HQ

2. Track and follow up on tasks related to production setup

3. Monitor and report progress, risks, and delays

4. Identify and escalate operational issues

5. Organize and attend site visits and meetings, ensuring follow-up

6. Manage documentation, scheduling, and logistics

7. Maintain consistent cross-border communication

8. Strengthen trust and alignment between local and central teams

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

1. Strong understanding of automotive products or technical background (engineering degree preferred)

2. Proven experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management

3. Ability to manage tasks independently with a structured and hands-on approach

4. Fluent in Ukrainian and English - Slovak at least B1

5. Excellent coordination and communication skills across multicultural teams

6. Ability to travel locally and occasionally internationally

7. High level of reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
