Senior Group Engineer -Plant Maintenance & Manufacturing

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Your task is to actively support the coordination of the group-wide Project and process activities in plant maintenance and manufacturing at all production sites of the Vaillant Group
• You will work in cross-divisional teams, and you are the central contact person for the SAP PM module from the business side and predefined manufacturing processes
• You will provide support with standardization, e.g. with independent definition of best practices of group-wide standards
• Expansion/ and Maintenance of the ONE Maintenance network as well as implementation of new processes
• You can use your professional skills in the development and Implementation of goals and measures in terms of industrial to introduce plant maintenance strategy
• Your tasks also include the implementation of local workshops, stakeholder management and handovers to local users
• Identification of optimization potential and selection of suitable methods is also in focus
• Support in the realization of the GPM strategy through project management activities (e.g. SAP PM Rollouts, CBM Condition Based Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, LOTO Lock Out Tag Out, Spare Parts Management, etc.)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• You have successfully completed master’s degree, or you can draw on initial at least 3years of professional experience in the field of Production maintenance or Manufacturing
• Due to your very good English and your open and trustworthy personality you communicate confidently on all levels.
• Your project management skills help you in your daily business.
• You have a deep experience with PM and MANU systems and IT tools .
