Controller/Financial Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Controller/Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning and decision-making processes, supporting both the General Manager (GM) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with high-quality reporting and insights.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the GM and CFO on financial strategy and planning
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports
• Assist in the budgeting process and in the preparation of periodic forecasts
• Perform variance analyses (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and identify root causes
• Develop financial models to support business decisions
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with local GAAP
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process optimization initiatives
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of Slovak accounting standards (Local GAAP)
• Ability to work across multiple business areas and understand commercial context
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently as well as part of a team
