Customer Service Agent

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​This is not your typical call center job. We’re building a brand-new team and looking for someone who knows how to talk to people, listen to the changing needs of the business, and isn’t afraid to take responsibility.

​What can you expect from this role?
• You will be the main point of contact for our business partners and clients
• You will help resolve complaints and inquiries with empathy and a willingness to find the best solution
• You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, both locally and internationally
• You’ll work with data, track shipments, and look for ways to improve our services
• And of course, you'll have space to grow and develop together with us

How do you know you’re the one we’re looking for?
• You have experience in customer service (ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or transport)
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Slovak is your native language and you can handle work-related communication in English
• You don’t get overwhelmed by multiple tasks or a dynamic environment – in fact, that’s when you thrive
