Failure Analysis Technician at Reliability (R&D)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are searching for a new team member at R&D, department of Reliability testing.

The research and development centre in Košice - MDCK (MinebeaMitsumi Development Centre Košice) collaborates very closely with the MinebeaMitsumi Technology Center Europe GmbH in Germany. It offers the best experts from the fields of information technology, electrical engineering, science and research the opportunity to work together. In addition to processing products manufactured directly in the factory in Košice, the centre also focuses on innovation projects in medicine and robotics, as well as SMART solutions for households and cities.
Minebea Slovakia s.r.o. focuses on the development and production of electronically commutated BLDC motors and innovative drive technologies for automotive and industrial customers.

Your job will be:
- Failure analysis of parts after the tests
- Evaluation of mechanical damages, preparation of reports and presentation of results according to standards and specifications
- Participation in the creation of procedures and guidelines for the creation of standards for deep physical analysis
- Organization and participation in meetings in case of the need to solve more complex/external analysis
- Performing long-term tests according to the assigned specification
- Planning, organization, coordination of tests and reservation of capacities for tests
- Creating and checking a test plan and test report in English
- Care of laboratory equipment as well as laboratory premises as such
