O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Payroll Data Preparation
- Preparing accurate and timely supporting documents for payroll, including attendance for all staff in HRIS and attendance system,
- administering agenda related to any school and governmental benefits and their application to payroll process
- administering and communicating with all related parties to ensure that all other input payroll data elements enter payroll process as required (meal allowance, social program benefits and others)
- performing various regular/ad hoc attendance controls, analyses & reports, other related tasks as assigned
Employment agenda
- monitoring due dates and administering contract amendments and renewals, as well as new staff contracts and terminations of current staff and other related agenda
- handling employment-related inquiries from employees and escalate as needed
- ability to answer employee questions and or concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, Staff Handbook and Code of Conduct
- communicating with new staff prior to their employments to assure all paperwork is in place
- registering / deregistering staff in relevant state authorities (Health Insurance, Foreign police, …)
- Ensuring HRIS is being maintained and used accordingly, maintaining accurate and confidential HR records and documentation, including employee files, attendance, and timekeeping
Other HR agenda
- operating ethically to protect the assets and image of the School researching, interpreting and implementing employment legislation into HR processes to ensure government and reporting compliance
- contribute positively to the morale and community spirit in the school
- actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives,
- administering and implementing school social program and activities and serving as a liaison between employees and the school to foster a positive workplace culture.
- monitoring and administering renewals of safeguarding and police checks for school staff and 3rd party staff
- assisting with recruitment process, placing recruitment requests in the system, prepare job adverts in selected media, pre-selection process
- supporting mainly expat staff in various work and life related issues such as accommodation, health care system, child allowance applications and others …
- assisting with immigration and residency renewal process of foreign staff with the Foreign Police Office and the Labour Office
- promoting HR activities, events and processes via internal HR portal
- supporting compliance audit
- covering for HRM during absence
- other HR related duties/projects as assigned and appropriate

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Experience/ Knowledge
- 5 years Human Resources position in Slovakia
- General understanding of payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and practices
- Good knowledge and working experience with HRIS
- Excellent command of English and Slovak Language
- Previous experience with assisting foreigners with immigration agenda and working in international and multicultural environment would be desirable

- Ability to work both independently & collaboratively in a team
- Ability to deliver an ‘end to end’ HR service to internal and external stakeholders
