Human Resources Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with people, supporting leaders, and shaping a strong organizational culture? We are looking for an HR Manager who will play a key role in driving our people strategy and supporting both employees and management across the site.

Your responsibilities:

- Supervision and consultancy of the superiors and employees in matters relating to personnel management and
social welfare to ensure the personnel targets (structure and development of the personnel / agreements on working hours / provisions for remuneration, etc.)

- Informing or coordinating, and negotiating matters relating to personnel, questions o payment, employment and release with the local works council and works council committees in order to fulfil the rights to co-determination and information

- Consulting, coordinating and negotiating new and existing principles for remuneration and models for working hours with company /specialist departments and the works council in order to guarantee a remuneration which meets requirements and performance and to adapt company personnel capacities to production conditions

- Drawing up, coordinating, and implementing or asserting the personnel principles to ensure the success of the company

- With targets and delegation, selecting, qualifying, and further developing employees on the basis of a culture of trust, controlling effectiveness, in order to develop and compensate potentials and promote individual competencies

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Min. 5 years of experience in HR BP/leadership role,
preferably in an automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Relevant University degree
• Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage
• Capable of providing support for managers,
independent working and decision making,
professional knowledge in HR field
• Assertiveness, independence, versatility, task-oriented
• English – proficiency level
