Microsoft SharePoint Specialist (Admin & Developer)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

You will serve as the primary SharePoint expert within a team of IT and ERP experts. You will collaborate directly with local teams, key users, and business stakeholders across multiple countries. This role gives you true ownership of the platform — from strategy through to day-to-day operations.
- Full responsibility for SharePoint Online across the group
- Definition and maintenance of governance, access, and security rules
- Design and development of SharePoint solutions supporting business needs
- Process automation using Power Automate
- Close cooperation with local sites, key users and business stakeholders
- Advisory and support role for key users
- Continuous improvement of user experience and platform usability

Požadujeme:

Must-have
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — daily communication in an international setting
- High level of independence, ownership, and responsibility
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-have (Advantage)
- Experience with SharePoint administration (sites, permissions, structure, security)
- Practical experience developing solutions using SharePoint Lists & Libraries and Power Automate
- Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID — basics)
- Experience in a corporate or multi-site environment
- Experience with Power Apps
- Basic knowledge of SPFx or scripting
- Experience with SharePoint governance frameworks
- Experience in a holding or global structure
- Microsoft certifications (M365 / Power Platform)
- Experience in user training or adoption activities
- SAP experience for communication with SharePoint
