UI/UX Designer with DTP experiences

In this position, you will serve as the company’s Lead Designer, taking full ownership of our brand identity and visual direction across digital and print media. You will design websites in Figma, create occasional billboard campaigns, and manage the layout and print preparation of our monthly magazine. You will ensure that every design reflects our brand and maintains a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all channels.

• Proven experience as a lead or senior designer, with a strong portfolio covering web design, brand identity, and print materials.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including responsive website design, prototyping, and developer handoff.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign is essential, including editorial layouts, typesetting, and preparing files for print.

• Practical experience with AI-powered design tools is essential, with the ability to integrate them into creative workflows and critically evaluate their output.

• Ability to take ownership of the company’s visual identity and maintain consistent design standards across digital and print channels.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet recurring deadlines for a monthly magazine.

• A proactive, can-do attitude, with a practical approach to solving problems and taking ideas through to completion.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate closely within a small team.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers and investors and clearly explain design decisions.

• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present polished design work to clients and incorporate feedback.

• Experience with Basecamp or similar project management tools is a plus.
