IT Service Manager (Itil)

We’re looking for a forward-thinking IT Service Manager to lead the delivery and performance of our operational IT services. This is a key role focused on ensuring services are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs—while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence.

You’ll manage the full service lifecycle, build strong relationships across technical teams and stakeholders, and ensure outsourced partners meet performance expectations. If you're passionate about service quality, collaboration, and driving meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of IT services across all regions

Develop and maintain the global IT service model and Service Catalogue

Drive a service culture through process improvement and governance

Manage SLAs, OLAs, XLAs and risk acceptance frameworks

Lead service reviews with vendors and manage inventory

Support major incident response and out-of-hours IT MI rota

Oversee smooth service transitions from projects into live environments

Promote IT adoption through training, communications, and self-help resources

Monitor service costs and identify opportunities for efficiency

Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Strong ITIL knowledge (Foundation level minimum)

Experience in service management, vendor oversight, and incident response

Analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A collaborative, customer-focused mindset

Familiarity with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow)

Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments
