Junior Business Operations Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a Junior Business Operations Analyst to join our Outsourcing Division and play a key role in demand and supply management. The position focuses on short-term forecasting, planning, and coordination of business processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage costs, improve efficiency, and integrate new or existing business activities. The scope includes order management, logistics, inventory analysis, and lifecycle planning, always with an emphasis on performance tracking and continuous improvement.

• Manage supply chain processes such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations, and shipping for a regional or global business unit.

• Produce reports using IT systems, analyze data, and identify trends for supply and demand activities; clearly present findings to management.

• Conduct regular inventory analysis to optimize stock levels and ensure accuracy.

• Collect demand data from country, regional, and account managers to contribute to demand planning.

• Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and improve existing business processes.

• Monitor and review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Research and analyze priority projects within established guidelines.

• Communicate requirements and guidelines to regional and global business unit planning teams.

• Provide training or general direction for junior staff members as needed.
