Production Controller

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Production Controller to support the financial management of our production plants in Harmanec and Slavošovce. This role is essential in driving financial transparency, operational efficiency, and investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure alignment with the Group’s financial goals in production, technical processes, and investments.
• Lead the budgeting process and monitor monthly deviations from the plan.
• Prepare periodic estimates (Estimates 1–3) and performance reports.
• Support production teams with KPI setting, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Prepare the monthly “Mill Dashboard” and debrief plant directors.
• Monitor fixed costs, analyze trends, and propose corrective actions.
• Track CAPEX, perform investment evaluations (PB, IRR), and review project outcomes.
• Contribute to projects through ad hoc analysis and performance discussions.
• Carry out other tasks as delegated by the supervisor.

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures and operational KPIs;
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
• Experience with CAPEX evaluation tools (e.g., Payback, IRR);
• High attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to communicate clearly with production and senior stakeholders;
• Proactive mindset and ability to drive improvements;
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/BI tools is a plus;
• Fluent in Slovak; English proficiency required.
