Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and operational excellence? We are looking for an experienced Center Manager.
The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and performance of a shopping center. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, profitability, tenant satisfaction, and strategic development of the center. The Center Manager will lead an on-site team and collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners.
Your job duties will be:
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the shopping center in line with lease agreements.
 - Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers.
 - Monitor daily activities and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
 - Supervise technical, marketing, and administrative staff.
 
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the center’s management team.
 
Tenant Relations & Leasing
- Identify and attract new tenants for vacant small units and common areas.
 - Coordinate tenant requests and space improvement proposals.
 
Marketing & Events
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to define and implement the center’s marketing strategy.
 
Financial Oversight
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to headquarters.
 - Develop operational, investment, and marketing budgets.
 - Monitor budget compliance and support cost-reduction and revenue-increase initiatives.
 
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to public health, fire safety, and emergency systems.
 - Maintain functionality of emergency systems and implement safety measures.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Proven experience in retail or shopping center management.
 - Strong leadership and team management skills.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 - Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting.
 - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
 - Fluency in Slovak and English.
