Contract Management Specialist with German

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Lead/participate in contract management team on a specific project or account.
- Drive process efficiency on current tasks and seek innovative ways to improve performance of the team.
- Supervise, mentor and coach junior colleagues on a specific project or account.
- Participate in the development and delivery of contract/commercial training modules for contract management staff
- Assist with reporting and documenting commercial and contract risks and issues.
- Provide support for pre-award sales activities (development of responses to client RFPs, drafting contract schedules, participate in negotiations).
- Assist with drafting and review of contractual documents (Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, NDAs, etc.).
- Implement and administer contract management processes.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Minimum Master’s degree is required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a contract manager.
- Fluent English (C1) and German (B2) language skills.
- Demonstrated experience as part of a contract management or procurement team.
- Demonstrated experience of managing contract and commercial issues and understanding main commercial principles.
- Basic understanding of general commercial contracting regulations and principles and subcontracting practices.
- Proficiency using MS Office.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Team player, collaborative and persuasive; able to work well with executives and non-executives.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of legal principles as they relate to commercial and contract management.
