Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
This strategic dual-role (HRBP / HR PMO) serves as a critical link between Lenovo HR strategy and business execution, driving long-term organizational agility, talent competitiveness, and cultural alignment. The incumbent will proactively translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies, oversee the execution of Lenovo Global HR programs to ensure strategic value delivery, and partner with ISS business leaders to build a high-performing organization that sustains competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Organizational Transformation: Act as a strategic HRBP, supporting ISS organizational transformation, structure optimization, and change management initiatives. Translate business strategies into targeted HR plans to enhance organizational effectiveness and adaptability.
- Talent Development: Partner with business leaders to identify strategic talent needs, design proactive talent acquisition and development strategies, and drive the full talent lifecycle to build a talent pipeline that supports long-term business growth. Proactively address employees issues through strategic employee engagement and development programs. Lead or support AI-related talent development projects, including defining AI talent competency models, designing targeted training programs for AI skills enhancement, and establishing an AI talent pool to meet the business's digital development needs.
- PMO Execution: Take ownership of designing, tracking and implementing Lenovo’s global HR programs in alignment with business objectives (e.g., Annual Compensation Cycle, OHRP, Awards Program,etc). Establish standardized PMO frameworks and KPIs to measure the strategic impact of HR initiatives across the ISS and SSG Marketing organization.
- Key Initiatives Support: As PMO, co-work with business, ISS HR and stakeholders to design key HR initiatives, leverage data analytics to provide strategic insights on organization/talent status, gaps, and retention risks, enabling data-driven talent decision-making at the global leadership level.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- 5 years of progressive experience in combined HRBP, HR functions or PMO roles, with proven experience in driving strategic HR initiatives in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of global HR best practices, and experience aligning local operations with global strategic objectives.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, project management, and data analytics capabilities; ability to translate business needs into HR strategies and measure their impact.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- A quick learner with a proactive, results-driven approach.
