Adding Color to Life

We are looking for university students who can simultaneously handle studies and part-time work with ease. We would like to support the afternoon shift busy hours at the hotel reception (Front Office) by someone eager to help out with whatever necessary - check-in process, guests' luggage, concierge services - always with a smile, open mind and cheerful mood! Expected working hours: 14:00-20:00 on working days after school or weekends

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcomes customers to the hotel and responds to customer requests
• Allocates rooms and issues appropriate keys
• Handles incoming guest room reservations
• Is aware, at all times, of current room status and room availability
• Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting colleagues as needed
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel, and effectively assists the hotel’s guests

• Provides bellboy/concierge services upon request from the quest

• Provides assistance with Meetings & Events guests

Requirements:
• Fluency in the English language, any additional language is an advantage, the Slovak language is a must as well
• Previous work experience in a hotel environment
• Is able to operate various IT kit, hotel alarm systems, and other Front Office equipment
• Willingness to work flexibly as per hotel's request
